I would love to travel around and follow my favourite artists, i would just need lots of money. My first attempt is next month when im going to switzerland to see Brandi carlile. not the best move money wise, but sounds like fun! If i had the money i’d follow P!nk around the country and possible europe. A fellow brandi fan has been to 30 odd gigs and seen her in the US and australia and gone on music cruise holidays….

Got back from Dublin this evening - first time seeing Muse abroad. Great experience and in my opinion the best of the 3 shows I’ve seen. We got to and from Dublin airport with little hassle and found a good hostel to stay in overnight. I’d recommend travelling to see the band - I’m definately going to go further afield on the next tour.

i saw them a few weeks ago.. travelled for more than 30 hours from La Paz,Bolivia my hometown to Santiago, chile where they performed, it was so worth it i definetly do it again.. i’ ve waited too many years to see them live.. they are amazing!

I live in Holland, and I managed to win 2 tickets from the Royal Albert Hall lottery. Not only that, I was told I was the only foreign winner of it. I couldn’t get off from work, so I went early saturday morning and ended up in the pub with some mates. Went to the concert, and went back to my mates house who had to grab his bags. Just missed the last train back to the airport, so we slept on a bench till it opened a few hours later.
Awesome time, first time in London ending up sleeping on the sidewalk

I would definitely go to Dublin and Chelmsford if I had the money. Well if I had the money I’d follow them around the world like SOUSOUS! They do plenty of stuff we never get in the UK, like bringing back old songs (Showbiz and Dead Star) and testing new ones (like Debase and Exo) and that would really be enough to get me to travel to see them.

I live in Glasgow, and I have only seen Muse once (Wembley, 17/7, best gig ever blah, blah).

I’m going to Marlay Park too.

I have only been into the band long enough that they havent played in Scotland while i would see them.

But theyre the only band I would travel to see. Unless by a freak chance I was already torn between two countries in which to holiday and I discover Muse are playing while I would be there.

Its just so exciting

Well, I’ve never been to a Muse concert, but I arranged some flight plans with a friend to go watch them in Guadalajara tomorrow (july 18), and today I read about their signing in a local Music Store at 3:00 p.m., which is stunning cuz my flight arrives to the city at that time, and hopefully I’ll arrive just in time to get an autograph! Woa, too much excitement for one day…

“Elderly females from the other side of the pond”, eh? *wink*
Is 40 elderly, ’cause I don’t know…. Anyway, I’m glad Muse is around at this time in my life instead of when I was, say, 18 or so, because at that time I wouldn’t have been able to afford to fly around to see them!

Coming to V this summer will be the THIRD time I’ve flown from California to England to see Muse (Wembley and RAH were the other two), not to mention the five other times I’ve boarded a plane within the U.S. to see Muse, and all the long-distance driving I’ve done in order to see Muse.
In fact, the very first time I saw Muse, I boarded a plane in order to do so. I felt it was THAT important!
I guess it goes with the territory when you are fully inspired by a band. I find their music to be extremely compelling and empowering, as well as it is very beautiful and exhilarating. Sonic therapy of the highest order!

I have met and made friends with some incredible people in all these travels, as well, which has added another special dimension to the whole experience.

13 Muse gigs for me, and counting……

I’ve seen them 10 times already, Dublin will be my 11th =) luckily we get to see them often enough here in Italy (what with Matt living here and all ).. what can I say, I just love traveling and whenever I can pair it up with a Muse gig, well.. that’s just perfect!
I haven’t been THAT far from home (UK, France, Sweden and Ireland are hardly a long shot from here) but I would if I had the money.. Muse are always worth it =)
