Wildbirds & Peacedrums bandstand busking at Arnold Circus, they were an amazing couple. Was originally wondering how they were going to do it since there’s a lot of percussions going on, turns out they brought them all out.
Wales uber Alles at The Lexington
Well, my original plans was to have a nice rest and perhaps play some Left4Dead but Anika convinced me to go see Joy Formidable play at Wales uber Alles at Lexington. Though I was tired from all that gigging, I secretly wanted to go just to keep the gigging streak going (more on that at some point).

Ane Brun live at Union Chapel
If only all venues sounded as amazing as the Union Chapel. This was the second time I saw a gig at the Union Chapel (both in February) and it’s become a venue that will never disappoint you in delivering amazing acoustics to your tired innocent ears (mine anyway). That’s just the venue! Wait until you hear about Ane Brun. Her + Union Chapel = Aural sex.

M. Ward live at the Borderline
Man what a gig, I originally got into M. Ward from a friend and instantly fell in love with his latest album Hold Time. Now he’s upset that I went to his gig and he wasn’t able to hehe. So here’s a lovely review about them to make it all up.
Rachael Yamagata live at Water Rats
Last nigiht was quite a crazy mashup of gigs I could potentially go, M. Ward was playing, Fleet Foxes were playing and some other bands I liked were playing. I opted for Rachael Yamagata because she kept appearing in my Last.fm recommended and I’ll be seeing M. Ward tonight anyway. I came out the venue really enjoying her show, it was a fun and relaxing night.

Now typically I steer clear of any website clashing/wars and just stick to my own stuff and whatnot, but after reading an article from one of my fellow bloggers and close friends. I thought I’d share the article to those who aren’t fully in the know about the things behind it all and show my support for every word he’s said.
