From the lovely Dueling Analogs. Finished watching the finale of Heroes Season 3…. not impressed. I’ll leave it at that before someone goes “SPOILER ALERT”. Hmm, i might make a spoiler tag for the blog haha, but I doubt I’d be talking about Heroes all the time.
10 bands in 1 night: Taser shots
Tonight I saw two events, an instore gig with Emmy the Great and the Fee Fie Foe Fum Christmas Party at Cargo. The first event had 3 artists playing whilst the second had 8. I unfortunately had to leave at around 11:50pm because I didn’t want to catch the night bus so I missed the last band but nonetheless, 10 bands in one night was all kinds of awesome.
Lots of stories to tell including crazy ass travelling whilst needing to pee with the tube lines being suspended, getting into the second gig for free even though it was sold out, the mysterious spot where 2 girls randomly collapsed halfway during a gig(including my friend anika 
) and uhm… crazy amounts of broken glass and leaking water. But yes, watch this space for a longer review, granted I probably won’t review EVERY band. Hope you enjoy the taser shots! Will sort things out tomorrow
Xmas cards & Sushi Doodles
I’m starting on my xmas cards, all my cards are usually painfully hand drawn and customised for the person! This year I’ve decided to do cute sushi doodles on the back of each card on top of the customised front cover. I’m hopefully going to make loads of different doodles but if I run out of ideas I’ll just redraw some! Best viewed in large

Well I don’t feel like dancing…
..not with these shoes on anyway, what a crazy night of disco dancing in your socks, xmas dinner eating with last minute changes to what you’re eating, fruity alcohol consuming and general fun fun fun with feather mantle pieces, taxi drivers and random kazoo renditions in hotel lobby areas.
Got to love work xmas do’s.

Lisa Hannigan live at St Johns Cathedral
Boy oh boy it’s been a while since I’ve been to a gig, granted I haven’t been sitting all day, just going out and meeting lots of people lately that it’s been hard to settle down and catch up with you folks. Tonight I got biblically lost in Westminister trying to find St John’s Cathedral, I was going to see Lisa Hannigan, an irish singer who used to provide lead female vocals for singer songwriter Damien Rice (who’s also irish). Since March 2007 she has ceased working with Damien Rice and focuses on her solo career. She recently released her album Sea Sew and was able to come back to England after a US tour and perform a one off gig in an awesome church.

The Tales of Beedle the Bard
My copy of Beedle the Bard came a few days ago and I managed to finish reading the book, it’s all kinds of awesome and a lovely supplement to the final Harry Potter book. It’s just 5 ickle wizard fairy tales with morals and banter from the late great Dumbledore
I managed to get both the collectors edition and the normal hardback edition (I read the normal hardback just to avoid ruining the collectors one) and yeah, the collectors one is pretty epic, rarely do you get a book with a f**k off skull in front of it. Though quite a pricey thing for a special book!

More status updates: Still sick Drinking lots of cough medicine but it’s still there. Back to work tomorrow and I don’t really wanna work from home (even though it’s a good idea). But meh, there’s nowt I can’t do haha
