Well, found out that I can blog on my mobile and send it as a post via email. I’ve been really slacking with the updates, even if my posts were short or bulleted. I suppose this was inevitable once you have a job and barely any time to do outside the nonworking timeframe. Ah well. Good thing is I’ve been using Google Calendar to keep note of all the dates as well as Flickr to provide me with quick memory bumps of what happen at what corresponding day.

Think I’ll just compile a list of entries I still owe, and boy it dates back to Christmas. Don’t expect super long posts though, unless I have lots of time available:

• E61i review
• Christmas with alice
• New Years at Stu’s
• That random MiM gig
• Graduation with Alice
• New York New York
• That quick meetup with Kazzie
• Double gigging week
• Weekend with Alice

So yeah, loads to write, hopefully a nice batch of flickr photos to illustrate everything, maybe I should use the blog feature on Flickr to start my posts, seems logical and all, I kinda like the idea of making it so every Flickr photo is significant enough to have a story for each one.

Woo! I’ve managed to upgrade this baby to Wordpress version 2.3, this means my tag cloud is all nice and pretty hehe. The upgrade wasn’t so bad except for the minor drawback of not disabling the ultimate tag warrior plugin which meant things didn’t work! Luckily I disabled the plugin, imported the tags and quickly removed tag warrior altogether to ensure everything worked, now I have some official working tags on my blog and all. Applying the code was easy after following the instructions and now it’s just a matter of tweaking the place up.

Hopefully I should have time to start coding my own blog theme so that everything is tweaked to my standards, will do a lot of planning and all to, need to make sure I know what’s going on before making any silly moves hehe.

This damn blog requires some updates and stuff, I’ve really neglected it and all so I shall spend most of the time updating it, not only design wise, but content wise. I’ve decided to keep my entries nice and short now. I believe when you start enjoying life more than blogging, it’s probably for the best that the blogs are kept nice and concise (unless you hire someone to do the blogging for you). So yeah, watch this space, it will get a bit more interesting (since a lot of stuff has happened since)

Been doing alot of blog pimping lately, on my blog and also on Alice’s newly acquired blog that can be found at www.aliced.co.uk. Its fun when you get into a mode where you just tweak your blog like silly haha. Some changes now include:

• New image borders and hovers
• Random images for To do list and about me section
• Slightly cooler looking comment box
• Removed Links from the blog
• Added a flickr badge at the bottom
• Changes the calender date thingy to a nicer looking green and white thingy
• Meddled with the header thingy a bit
• Added loads more subtitles

That’s about it really. Going to see Jason and Rachel today for some wii action

Managed to update the wordpress software to 2.1, the admin panel is alot nicer and has some additional ajax looking features. It includes a visual and code tab which is good for editing stuff via code or via the rich editor. Hopefully they’ll implement tagging for 2.2, seems like the obvious path to take and all.
Not only that, I’ve sorted out some of the backgrounds of the blog so its slightly prettier.
